    1. Thanks Cathy. So, I forgot that just because the sun was shining didn’t mean it was warm – LOL!!! But I toughed it out anyway. Froze to death but gosh darn it, I enjoyed that sunshine!! Tomorrow it is supposed to rain again.

      1. LOL I got caught out like that too yesterday. It was beautiful but with a definite chill factor. Same today by the look of the weather this morning. Sorry you have rain.

  1. Mackay, hope you’re having a great weekend! It’s been a bookish weekend for me as I attended another event at the county book festival! It was brilliant and inspiring… now I just want to sit down and write!! 😀 📓 ✏️

    1. Annika, your books sounds so marvelous! I cannot wait to read it. It must be thrilling to be surrounded by other writers and be inspired like this. I used to attend artist retreats and the euphoria would last for weeks and weeks. I’m sending you happy writing wishes!

      1. Ahh…thank you so much for the writing wishes! 😀❤️ I’ve attended a couple of writing retreats over weekends and they were amazing … intense but as you say, the euphoria lasts for weeks! I hope you get the chance to go to an artist’s retreat soon again.

  2. We all need those weekends where we catch up. I am glad you got outside in the sun, even though it was chilly. I look forward to reading those reviews you had to write. Have a wonderful week Mackey.

    1. Thank you so much Carla!! I needed some of that sun that you got down in Florida. 😉 They say that our portion of Indiana is now in the top wettest climate areas in the US along with Seattle and Pittsburgh. I miss my sunny midwestern blue skies!!

      1. Oh that is tough Mackey. I would not like it if I could not sit out in the sun. I am thinking I might have to buy a sun lamp. I have not even been home 2 weeks and can feel the depression creeping in already.
